Fighting Blindness is committed to bringing together global leaders in retinal research for an annual conference highlighting the latest developments. This conference will allow Irish researchers and clinicians an opportunity to share their work with others from across the world.
Retina includes discussions of:
- Retinal dystrophies, principally retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration and optic neuropathy.
- Regenerative medicine
- Gene therapy
- Retinal implant technology
- Novel drug strategies

Call for Posters: Fighting Blindness would like to invite researchers to submit abstracts for a poster session during Retina 2010 in the areas of ophthalmology, optometry, neuroscience, regenerative medicine, genetics, pharmacology and associated fields. Deadline: Friday, September 17, 2010
