The Fighting Blindness Glendalough Trail

Join us for the annual Glendalough Trail open to everyone and all fitness levels, with a 15.5km run or 9km option.

We need YOU to sign up to Team Fighting Blindness for this off-road challenge along stunning forest trails through the Wicklow Mountains. Registration is now open, click here to enter!

Where: Glendalough, Laragh, Co Wicklow.

€15 up to March 31

€20 from April 1 to October 31

€25 from November 1 to Full*


€50 – Mandatory Minimum Fundraising Fee in support of Fighting Blindness (Additional donations are appreciated)

* Limited by Nat Parks Permit so will close when full

Course: The 15.5km long course has 500+m of gain/loss in elevation.

The non-competitive 8.6km short course (jog/walk option) also has significant gain / loss in elevation.

The course

Facilities: Toilets and a bag / key drop area will be provided at the sign-in, tea/coffee will also be available here.

Cold drinks and fresh fruit will be available at race finish, there will be a water station after ~6.7km and ~11km in long course and ~4 km in short course.

Refreshments will be also provided after the event at the Brockagh Centre.

By taking part, all participants confirm that video footage or photographs taken of them during their participation may be used to publicise the Glendalough Trail event or other Fighting Blindness Events
