Hosted by Fighting Blindness and funded by the Health Research Board (HRB), this dynamic workshop brought together patients, researchers, clinicians, regulators, and industry representatives from across the globe to explore how patient voices can meaningfully shape the future of sight-loss research.
Designed to encourage active participation and collaboration, the workshop included an introduction to PPI, a panel discussion on amplifying patient voices, and open-floor conversations on ensuring that patient insights shape research priorities.
