Your generosity will help fund vital vision research, and you could be in with a chance to win a new car and lots of other great prizes.

Membership is €120 for twelve months, or €10 monthly (direct debit).
Each draw is held on the second Wednesday of the following month.
For example, the February draw is held on the second Wednesday in March.
Membership is not based on a calendar year, when you sign up you are included in the draw for the following 12 months.

For only €10 a month (payable by direct debit only) or payment of €120 for 12 months, you can take part in our ongoing monthly private members draw.
Membership of the draw is not based on a calendar year. When you sign up you will be included from that date in the draws for the following 12 months.
You can pay by cheque, debit card, credit card, direct debit, bank draft or postal order. (Please do not send cash.)
Each draw is held on the second Wednesday of the following month, i.e. the January draw is held on the second Wednesday in February and so on.
Winners will be notified immediately after each draw. The results are published on fightingblindness.ie.
Note that cars illustrated are subject to any variation in design by the manufacturers or equivalent.
Individual prizes may vary but the face value will be maintained. Any dispute or disagreement concerning the draw will be decided in such a manner as the organisers in their sole discretion will decide.
The organisers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the draw at any time. If cancelled, payment for the draws which were cancelled will be refunded in full. Employees of Fighting Blindness and the draw organisers are not eligible to join the draw.
By returning this ticket and participating in the draw you are authorising Fighting Blindness and its agents and management services to process your donation and giving consent which allows us to communicate with you about Fighting Blindness for all matters relating to the private members draw.
