If you are interested in or are already practicing mindfulness in your daily routine you can join our Mindfulness group every Wednesday from 10am – 11am on Zoom. Zoom links are sent each week.
Audio tracks that are available on the internet are used during these sessions including materials from the Mindfulness and Relaxation Centre, Beaumont Hospital and the University of San Diego, Centre of Mindfulness.
Occasionally we invite guest facilitators to host a mindfulness session. The group is open to all Fighting Blindness members and there is no charge. You can contact the team at Insight Counselling for more details on 01 6746496 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
