This year we’ll host our first ever virtual Retina conference on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November. Hosted entirely online, Retina 2020 will bring together top international and Irish researchers and clinicians in the global effort to find treatments and cures for conditions causing vision impairment and blindness.
On Friday 6 November we will host our scientific programme for researchers and clinicians. Our Public Engagement Day for people living with sight loss will run on Saturday 7 November through video conferencing platform Zoom.
This year Public Engagement Day will feature updates on emerging therapies for retinal diseases, tips on managing your eye health during Covid-19 and an insight into the prevalence of Charles Bonnet Syndrome (CBS) in Ireland.
