Retina 2022 is underway and we are looking forward to welcoming you to our Public Engagement Day this Saturday.

Public Engagement Day takes place from 10am – 2:15pm at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin City Dublin City, D08 VRR7, this Saturday, November 5.

Speakers for Public Engagement Day include Ben Shaberman, Foundation Fighting Blindness, USA, Dr. Emma Duignan, The Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital and Professor David Keegan, Consultant Ophthalmologist, Mater Hospital.

We will also welcome Avril Daly, CEO of Retina International and Breandan Ward, leadership coach, consultant and advocate. We are thrilled to have the wonderful Fighting Blindness Visionaries Choir join us on the day, amongst many others.

For anyone joining us in person on Saturday at the Radisson Royal Hotel, Golden Lane, D08 VRR7, the venue is serviced by the following bus routes: Bus: 155, 16, 27, 39, 39A, 46A, 83. The following bus stops are a 3 minute walk from the venue: Patrick Street, Stop 2385; Patrick’s Cathedral, Stop 2383. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Stephen’s Green, which is serviced by the Luas. Heuston Station is a 10 minute car journey by taxi.
