RIWC24 Call for Abstracts: Deadline Extended

The Retina International World Congress, a globally renowned gathering of leading experts in the field of vision research, is set to captivate Dublin from June 5 – 8.

Hosted by Fighting Blindness at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, this notable event promises to be a nexus for the latest advancements in retinal science, bringing together scientists, clinicians, and advocates from around the world. 

 

On Friday, June 7, 2024, the Scientific Programme of RIWC24 is taking place and we have been accepting abstracts to be considered for poster display as well as short talk presentations (more information on each of these below). We’ve been highly impressed so far with the submissions.

On-going efforts in the area of vision and the wide spectrum of retinal disease can be submitted under the categories:

  • Laboratory-based Research
  • Clinical Research
  • Case Studies
  • Social Research
  • Public and Patient Involvement (PPI)

We will be accepting submissions until Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 5 pm GMT.

  • Poster- online PDF of poster uploaded to the RIWC24 website and viewable by all attendees both in person the day of the event and online on the website
  • Short talk presentations- approx. 10-minute oral presentations on the day. Please note if not selected for a talk you will still be considered for a poster
